There’s good news for those of you who want to learn how I shoot my photos — and even better, how you can. I’m starting to teach classes on smartphone photography at Fieldwork, a creative studio in Atascadero, CA.

Fieldwork has regular figure drawing and open creative nights for a reasonable fee. We’re experimenting to see how well photography works in their studio space, and things look good. For 2025 I’m teaching a basic photo class, although we’re discussing plans for more advanced topics. Think long-exposure and light trails, macro photography, portraits, composition, and more.
